Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email or SMS) once your order has been shipped.
USA shipping is free: Shipment processing time – Every effort is made to place your order as soon as possible. Pressing time 1 – 2 working days, Transited time 3-5 working days.
For International orders: shipping is free: Pressing time 1 – 3 working days, Transited time 16-25 working days please track your package to find its location and call your courier service with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for any additional tax laws, delays, or rejections that may potentially occur at customs.
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12 pm EDT on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EDT, on weekends, or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day but we cannot guarantee.
